I
can remember as a child my Mom - Ida Xenos - making baklava with
my Dad.
Dad
would crack open walnut shells while Mom would chop walnuts with
a big
knife at the kitchen table for hours into the night.
The
day my wife bought Mom a food processer,
the look on her face was pure joy!
These
